Hello All!
My name is Chanda Brown and I am the owner of Marchans LLC and I have been in the retail industry for 25+ years. My start in business came from one of my dear friends passing away who I used to purchase from. Upon her death her sister suggested that I start my own. Not quite knowing what to do, I started in my home in the late ‘90’s selling hats by Mr. John, Jack McConnell, B. Michael and the likes. Some years later in 2006, along with my BFF and business partner, we opened Ashtons a brick and mortar shoe store. Ashtons was opened for 10 years, after some deliberating as to what was best for us, we closed it in 2016. Now, here I am again with Marchans Boutique. So, you see, I still have a love for business and retail. When asked the question that is often asked when it comes to passion. What would you do if you didn’t get paid for it? Well this is it!
